Waterproofing Rattan Patio Furniture
Rattan patio furniture – Weatherproof your furniture to protect it from the elements of the environment and preserving its natural color and strength. Clean and treat the rattan furniture at least once a year to keep it weatherproof. Clean the surface to remove any dirt accumulation. Spray the underside of the furniture before turning and spraying the top. Be sure to stop painting gather and collect in the grooves of rattan. Apply a second coat of paint when it is dry, if desired. Follow this with an extra layer of lacquer.
